Return Policy

We at The William S. McCaw Company are able to offer open accounts to jewelers and watchmakers rated a 1 or 2 by the Jewelers Board of Trade. All non-rated customers who want to open an account will need to request and complete a credit application which will be processed as quickly as possible. Non-rated customers may also pay by credit card if they so choose. We accept all major credit cards. Payment is expected 30 days from the date of your invoice. All items on your original order will be backordered for your convenience unless otherwise specified. All backorders will be held by the McCaw company for a minimum of 2 weeks or combined with new orders.

If you’re not satisfied with a product you purchased from The William S. McCaw company then you may return it. Please send your returned item(s) with the original invoice number associated with your order, along with the date on which the order was placed. If you do not provide this information then credit cannot and will not be issued. If you are returning the item due to a customer ordering error (for example if the product was ordered accidentally or you no longer require it) then you may be charged a 15% restocking fee.

We do not pay return shipping.

Exceptions to our return policy:

  • Special orders cannot be returned
  • You may also not return any electronic parts or products if the package containing them has been opened.
  • Finally, you may not return any product after 30 days has passed.
